Unlike grocery store coffee that can sit on a shelf for months, ROCTÉ coffee is Roast-to-Order. Our beans are typically roasted within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. By the time they arrive at your doorstep (usually 3-5 days after shipping) they have had the perfect amount of time to "degas", a natural process where carbon dioxide escapes the bean. This ensures you receive your coffee at its absolute peak of flavor, typically within 7-10 days of the roast date.
