We want you to love your coffee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

Returns We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective product, we'll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Non-returnable items Opened coffee products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is defective.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
