In the aftermath of profound loss, we were compelled to chart a new course. That journey brought us to the Texas Hill Country, where we found comfort in the beauty of open skies, rolling limestone hills, spring-fed rivers, and the warmth of a place that has become our home.

Our Mission
We founded ROCTÉ Coffee Company to offer premium, medium-roast coffees that are as accessible as they are exceptional. We exclusively source organic, specialty-grade arabica beans from high-altitude regions around the globe. By focusing on small batches, we ensure that every bean meets our rigorous standards for flavor profile and ethical production.
